Cost Plan Example…

  • DEL was approached by a well known and established PQS firm in Donegal to undertake a cost plan for a new development consisting of thirteen difference type units (€5m), ranging from housings and group home type dwellings. We prepared a full report which included a cover page, index, note & exclusions, main summary page, pie chart breakdown, summary of m2 areas, summary of costs per m2 and full breakdown sections for each type of unit. DEL were delighted to assist and carried out the following elements:

Bill of Quantities Example…

  • DEL recently prepared a full BOQ for a unique building (€15m) in Dublin for a long term established PQS firm. DEL take pride and prepared all BOQ’s on the Buildsoft Cubit Electronic Measuring System whereby all measures can be clearly seen on screen. We also convert the Cubit file into Global Estimating and finally into Excel. This gives the PQS options on how they would like to issue the Tender documents. Rating of all measures can also be carried out if requested. DEL were delighted to assist and carried out the following elements:
